This website presents The Sustainable City, Yiti for information purposes. When you submit an enquiry or register interest, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, nationality if given, and your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about the development, its availability, and viewings.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which transmits your details to the sales team and stores them to enable delivery. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This site does not set advertising cookies. A small session flag is stored in your browser to avoid replaying the introduction animation, and standard server logs may record technical data such as IP address for security and reliability.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted details at any time by writing to hello@thesustainablecity-yiti.com.
