How your details are handled.

This website presents The Sustainable City, Yiti for information purposes. When you submit an enquiry or register interest, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, nationality if given, and your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about the development, its availability, and viewings.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which transmits your details to the sales team and stores them to enable delivery. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run advertising or retargeting pixels. A small session flag is stored in your browser to avoid replaying the introduction animation, and standard server logs may record technical data such as IP address for security and reliability.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are read, which links are followed, and how many enquiries are submitted. This sets analytics cookies in your browser and records a truncated version of your IP address. It tells us that an enquiry was submitted and which part of the community it related to; it is never given the contents of the fields you fill in. You can opt out at any time using Google's browser add-on, or by enabling your browser's Do Not Track or tracking-prevention setting.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted details at any time by writing to hello@thesustainablecity-yiti.com.
