Bank Nizwa signed a memorandum of understanding with the Sustainable Development and Investment Company (SDIC) to offer Shari'ah compliant home finance for buyers at The Sustainable City, Yiti. The finance covers off-plan residential property while it is still under construction, at a profit rate of 4.85 percent.
SDIC is the joint venture between OMRAN Group and Diamond Developers responsible for delivering the community.
