Groundbreaking held for the community's four star hotel
A ceremony attended by Diamond Developers and OMRAN Group marked the start of construction on a 203 key, four star hotel.

Construction began on a four star hotel within The Sustainable City, Yiti, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony attended by senior representatives from Diamond Developers, the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) and other stakeholders.
The property will have 203 keys, including guest rooms, suites and wheelchair accessible rooms, across a site of approximately 15,748 square metres with a built up area of 22,266 square metres. Facilities will include restaurants, a fitness club, a spa and wellness centre, and two meeting rooms.
At the time of the ceremony the community was on track to start handovers in 2026, having already sold out phase one of its residential properties.
