Diamond Developers announced the launch of The Sustainable City, Yiti, a development with an investment value of nearly one billion US dollars across a site of approximately one million square metres. The announcement set out the community's carbon neutrality target of 2040.
The launch release described 1657 residential units including 300 villas, alongside a four star neighbourhood hotel of 197 rooms and a five star resort of 170 rooms.
