The Sustainable City, Yiti launches with an investment value close to one billion US dollars

Diamond Developers announced the community at launch, spanning approximately one million square metres with a carbon neutrality target of 2040.

Diamond Developers announced the launch of The Sustainable City, Yiti, a development with an investment value of nearly one billion US dollars across a site of approximately one million square metres. The announcement set out the community's carbon neutrality target of 2040.

The launch release described 1657 residential units including 300 villas, alongside a four star neighbourhood hotel of 197 rooms and a five star resort of 170 rooms. These are announcement-era masterplan figures. The 2023 sales launch, which released 422 homes, is the authoritative source for what has actually been offered to buyers.
