Post-handover payment plans introduced at the Oman Real Estate Expo

Three and five year post-handover payment plans were launched in response to demand from buyers intending to live in the community rather than let it.

The Sustainable City, Yiti introduced post-handover payment plans of three or five years, announced at the Oman Real Estate Expo. The plans were designed for end users intending to reside in the city on completion: over 90 percent of villa buyers were purchasing for residential purposes.

The community sits 30 kilometres from central Muscat and spans approximately one million square metres, with a diverse selection of three and four bedroom villas alongside townhouses and apartments.
