Property sales launch with 422 homes released
The first release put 422 homes on the market: 136 villas and 286 apartments, in what the developer framed as the start of net-zero living in Oman.

The Sustainable City, Yiti launched property sales with 422 residential units available to purchase: a selection of 136 eco-friendly villas, in three and four bedroom layouts, and 286 apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
The release described savings of up to 100 percent on energy bills for residents, with high-efficiency water systems expected to reduce water bills potentially by as much as 50 percent.
The masterplan set out alongside the sales launch was described as including a plaza with commercial outlets, a school and nursery, a 5-star Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, a 4-star hotel, a wellness centre, an autism centre and an educational institute. The release stated the development was expected to be completed by 2025.
