Sales opened on 132 serviced residences across three collections, one of them a signature collection branded by Nikki Beach.
The Arc brings 132 serviced residences to the waterfront at Yiti, available in two, three and four bedroom layouts. The residences are arranged into three distinct collections, each taking a different approach to coastal living. Among them is a signature collection branded by Nikki Beach.
Residents have access to wellness hubs, pools, concierge services and a private marina, inside a community built on energy efficient architecture, solar power, recycled water systems, local food production and EV charging infrastructure.
At the time of the announcement the city's full handover was on track for completion by the end of 2026.
